Purchased an $1865.00 pitching machine (Atec) for the advertised price of 50% off. Company transacted the order, sent confirmation and shipping info. Order never arrived and company stated it was on back order. Company left message the next day stating they would not honor the sale and refunded the money.

A sale and confirmation of sale is a contract between buyer and seller and they have broken that trust. This company (parent Matrix Group) and its subsidiaries (Spike Volleyball, WrestingOne.com, Sweet & Powerful, Cheer In Style, Baseball Warehouse, Softball Warehouse, Bat Clearance, Dance Superstore, Matrix Outwear and Lizard Sportswear) cannot be trusted.

I verified with Atec Sports that they had the inventory and could ship the unit to Baseball Warehouse that same day. Baseball Warehouse chose not to honor the sale because they would lose money rather than fulfilling their contractual obligation. This is clearly not a company to do business with.

Do not choose this vendor. Even if they have the product and ship it, I would not trust their return policy or other business ethics. "
