"I ordered a lens 5 days ago with Basatne. The lens was on stock and the site stated that it would ship in 24 to 48 hs.
The credit card was charged immediately, but it took 5 days to process the order. I tried to cancel the order, but the website provides no means to do it.
It was very difficult to get somebody on the phone, and there is no email address for customer support.
