"Very slow delivery. Ordered on July 24th and delivered Aug 6th. They did send updates about my order but using different excuses each time.
As for the cookies (product) I was disappointed. They mentioned they intentionally overcook their cookies on purpose. They were not burned but definitely overcooked. Over priced and not "gourmet". I would not recommend nor buy from them again.
When I called I was unable to contact anyone. They are open Mon - Thurs and are on PST. "
