"Barrie Pace Warning ! Do not order from them. Do not care about their customers ! They are totally unreasonable. I ordered from their sale. I used their fit guide to measure as advised by them even though not my normal size. The clothes were more than 2 sizes too big. Their fit guide was not accurate which I relied on. I explained to them the situation, but they would not accept exchange. Because the fit guide was so off, the clothes couldn't even be tailored down which I would have been willing to pay for. They had the other sizes available but refuse to send. I am extremely disappointed. I wasted several hundred dollars. Spoke to a supervisor named Alison. She would not do anything to rectify the situation. I am not their customer anymore, and I advise that you never order from them either. Use Overstock or other company who are reasonable with their costumers, and you won't be stuck with clothes you cannot wear.

Barrie Pace sells woman's work clothes and brands such as Austin Reed and Misook. These brands generally are made from high quality fabrics. They have a catalog and internet site. There internet site is not that user friendly compared to other on-line retailers. I would not recommend buying from them because of their policies. Also, there shipping price is the highest I have seen from most company's (more than $18 for regular ground time 7-14 days). I would advise to order from a department store or from outlet sites such as smartbargins or overstock which have cheap shipping and reasonable policies."
