When I reached someone, they said it would ship by the end of the week. Here it is a week later and it still hasn't shipped. This is not good customer service!!"

Got a message from them to pay for shipping the new ones. Five weeks later no boots. Called for a refund and they kept the shipping fee and only refunded 80% because they charged me a 20% restocking fee."
