"Bought Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business software via download. Initial confirming email contained link to the wrong product and also a non-functioning product key. The link allowed software to be downloaded but it could not be activated (and was at that time found to be the wrong program anyway). Called BV customer service and spoke at length with Brian. He was super helpful and got the problem resolved by having a different download link to the correct program sent, along with a valid Product Key. The only issue then was that after burning the .iso program on separate DVDs three times, the burned program failed to run each time, so I had to mount the program under the alternative process provided. Alls well that ends well but it wasn't hassle free. "
