"Bargain Buys NI had great craft supplies that I wasn't able to find anywhere in Canada.

I ended up purchasing some inks at a really good price. The shipping ended up costing more than the inks (coming from Northern Irealand). My order came to $40GBP ($70+CAD).

I specifically asked the company NOT to write "INKS" anywhere on the package, as Canada doesn't allow liquid packages.

So...of course...the company wrote "INKS" on the package.

Anyway, I never ended up getting my package! I have been contacting the owner (through the email posted on their website - ****@****) for months now, trying to get my payments back....but I usually get no response. At one point he did offer to give me back the cost of the inks.......

THE INK?? THAT'S ONLY 37% OF MY PAYMENT!!!!!!!

He wouldn't give me back any of the shipping fee (more than 60% of my payment)...EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT THAT THEY WROTE "INKS" after specifically being asked not to!

I even told the owner (Darren) that I would accept half of the shipping fee + the product fee.

Now...I'm back to getting no response from them.

Bargain Buys NI stole $70 from me!!"
