"BETTER READ THE FINE PRINT ON THIS RESELLER'S WEBSITE BEFORE YOU ORDER. A Google search led me to this reseller, bypassing their initial home screen. When I ordered two OEM batteries - even the final order showed the OEM name and correct model# - what I received were two off brand (Rhino) batteries that didn't even match the specifications of the OEM product. When I brought this to their attention, they said that their home screen clearly states that they DON'T ship OEM batteries, but compatible replacements. Buyers Beware!!!! "
"I have ordered a charger for a laptop on Aug 28th. On Sep 2nd they sent it out, and on Sep 5th I've received the item.
Upon connecting it my laptop, I realized that it was not functioning. After further examination, I realized that my laptop model was not listed among the supported models listed on the body of the power supply. Quick verification on their website showed that they sent the wrong item. Thankfully, it did not seem to have burnt the motherboard (although I am not 100% sure there was no damage done)
I have requested an RMA and sent back the item (at my expense) which was delivered on Sep 19th. So far I have not seen either a replacement or a refund, the only thing I got from them is an email confirmation that they indeed have processed my shipment on Oct 1st (12 days after its arrival)
So far I have not been able to use the laptop for 1.5 months, and to add insult to the injury I have not seen the money back."
"Found an ok price on batteries. I was really impressed with their "stated" shipping policy. It states orders by 3 pm will be shipped same day. Just what I needed! I even was willing to pay the 2nd day air to make sure it arrived on time. This morning my order was still pending review 2 days later! So I had to cancel it! If you need it right away this is not the company to order from.

"I looked at the ratings at this site and thought I'd take a chance with this company. Mistake! Perhaps others had a good experience with this company but I must say that I'll NEVER purchase from this store again.
I placed an order for a cell phone battery on Nov. 24th, 2005. After waiting and waiting for the battery to arrive -- I emailed "customer support" and got a email back apologizing for the "delay." So I thought well, the battery will come any day now. Wrong again. It took this company 4 weeks to get my battery to me. I finally received the battery on Dec. 24th!
I give this company a thumbs down!"
