"I purchased several items that turned out not to meet the specifications, unfortunately I was outside the 30 day window of returns when I discovered the problem. I eventually was able to get RMA's authorized after weeks of no response or follow-up on my concerns. The returned product has now been at the returns department for 3 weeks. Currently I don't have either the product or my refund. The sales and managers do not even respond or provide an update on the status. RMA7005819 and RMA7005820 are still pending at this time"
