"I called this company to find out what I needed to get to print my labels for my bonsai trees. They recommended the "TSC TTP-247 Printer (Horticulture) Product SKU: 99-125A024-5061". When asked what else I needed the salesman said I needed "BarcodeFactory 7x0.75 Thermal Yellow Tree Wrap Tags Product SKU: BAR-EP7X07X5-YE" He said, " just type in this info on our site to find it". THEN, he said, "you will need a ribbon also and that item is "BarcodeFactory 4.33 x 984ft Black Resin Ribbon Product SKU: BCF110300-3-EA.
Once everything arrived, which was quickly, I called the manufacturer to get expert help in setting up the system. Once set up, the tech took control of my screen and set up everything else including the design software. The labels printed out spotty so the tech tried everything to adjust the settings without success.
They finally concluded that, for this machine to produce the best output, the ribbon should be a wax/resin SKU: BCF1100300-2-EA NOT the resin BCF110300-3-EA. Simple mistake but I had already used the ribbon. No problem, I called the Barcode Factory and talked to Johnathan. Johnathan explained the situation to his boss who instructed him to ship out the correct ribbon right away at NO CHARGE!
The point here is anyone can handle business when everything goes perfect but the REAL MEASURE of great leadership in business is how they handle customer problems when, on occasion, they do arise as they do with ANY business. In this case Barcode Factory put the customer before profits and THAT is what makes a great business even better! At the Barcode Factory there are no problems, just solutions. THAT is why I am a forever customer of the Barcode Factory!

"I ordered on 7/13. On 7/19 they email to say they cannot verify my address with the credit card and that my order was being cancelled. Most vendors would call... not five days later but at least the next business day.
Per my credit card issuer, the address is correct. After 24 hours of BS I told them to stick it and took my business elsewhere.
The next company, POSGuys, shipped same day, verified my payment information on the spot and matched prices.
I can understand verifying to prevent fraud. But to not address it for five days? That is not acceptable."
