"My worst online shopping experience ever. This is a store front for Haynedle.comI placed an order and got it confirmed. Nothing happened afterthat and I had to contact "customer service" to find out that apparently there was a discrepancy with my credit card information. The person promised to resubmit the order after back checking with the accounting department and to call and confirm within one business day - again, nothing happened. I needed this particular item and called again to redo the order - wonderful, it will work now - so I thought.
The person taking the order put in the wrong delivery address!
"Customer Service" told me that they might be able to fix it but maybe not, that it was best for me to contact FedEx. The tracking number I was given was wrong. After all this hassle the item finally arrived and was luckily ok.
I can only imagine what kind of a horror it would be to return an item to this outfit.
