"SCAM site, beware. Advertise as a UK site, but they are in India. I paid extra for urgent delivery, to have an item arrive on Thursday. On Friday, still nothing, so checked the tracking, and my item was still in India!
Customer support, if you can call it that, didnt care, and blamed it on Covid.

Urgent delivery includes rush production charges. As you can see on the FedEx tracking page, your order was produced and dispatched within 24 hours of artwork approval. Regrettably, transit delay is outside our area of control, especially considering the impact of COVID-19 on shipping networks. A majority of our orders are still being delivered on time but delays cannot be predicted.
In an effort to be transparent with our customers, the cart page displays a note right below the shipping method:
"Recently we have experienced delivery delays by UPS and Fed-Ex. We will not be able to process claims for delay by shipping carrier as it is beyond our control."”
