"Have several Certificates of Deposits with CIT Bank- opening and maintenance loaded with multiple problems. Management refuses to respond to my complaints. Terrible customer service. It is the ONLY Bank that arrogantly refused to provide a paper 1099 int, instructing me to print it from their website. Will liquidate my account as my CDs mature."
