I spoke directly to Banggood customer service staff opening a ticket and the process ticked for days until the ticket was automatically closed without any help. Now I have opened another ticket and they have started telling me the same things they said to me in the first ticket before it was closed. The first ticket was closed because their last reply was: "we will update for you as soon as possible, please wait patiently" and I was just waiting... As you can see, the company in question has bad service and is fooling the customer by giving them fake hopes that he will answer him soon and this never happens until days pass and the ticket is automatically closed."

"I have a very bad experience with this company. I received an incomplete product (keycaps). Customer service wanted photos and a youtube video as proof. Yet, when I provided these they only offered me a refund to my 'payment account' for about half of the amount I originally paid. After pressuring them and a lot of back and forth they finally agreed to send a new product. At this point I had been talking to them for two weeks. I found this very stressful. I even had to contact my legal advisor and inform them of this before action was taken. The new product they sent me isn't complete either. I received 134 keys instead of 135. And the key that was missing in the original package is also missing in the new one. Luckily I don't need that particular key for my keyboard configuration and I'm too tired to start arguing with customer service again. Judging from other review this is a hit or miss kinda thing. If you receive your product without issue, you're lucky. But if anything's wrong you're going to have a bad time with customer service. If you value your time and effort I suggest you avoid this company. Chances are you can get a similar product for a similar price somewhere else and you get regular customer service. I will never buy from this company again. "
