"my experience has been ok. i got the f-4 phantom and could not figure out how to put the elevator on and even when i did and followed the directions their was a lot of slop in the elevator. after that the battery blew up (well more like caught fire because it is such a cheap battry) so i just got that fixed it took about four years to do but that is because i got another plane from horizon hobby (the E-Flite Apprentice ,great plane) but this winter i got the F-4 all working and it is so fun to fly! the first flight i took off and got to about 50 feet AGL then killed the engine and went into a steady glide slope and set it down kinda hard on the ice..(due to thw winds i was flying in. (i fly off lake Champlain because it is the safest place to fly high speed edf jets. the plane was alright and i ran back to the runway and took off again. i climbed out to about 150 FT AGL (AGL, means above ground level) and did laps in the pattern. i was flying at about 75% throttle when the engine case (the little access point to get at the esc and motor) fell off. i thought is was just a tissue because i stuffed one in to keep the battry from moving around mid flight. it kept flying just fine then when i landed i found out what really happend. over all i think this company is good just needs costumer service and better return policies i will buy from them again tho. i want the super b25j "
