"BananaPC had a good price on a Kingston Compact Flash Elite Pro memory card. I checked Reseller Ratings to evaluate the store and found a good history. However, the seller shipped the regular Kingston Compact Flash 128mb instead of the Elite Pro, which I needed to take fast pictures on my digital SLR camera. When I checked their return policy, it is very antagonistic to customers, requiring 24 hour notification and a 15% restocking fee, in addition to not paying return shipping. I am currently in correspondence with them to obtain RMA. Unless they allow me to return the item with postage and no restocking fee, I will NEVER shop at BananaPC again, and I advise readers to do the same!!! I will write again to post how they handle the situation."
