"Item: large order of 25” rubber balls

Poor quality control: When you hold the ball up to a light you can clearly see the manufacture defects of thicker areas (drip like marks) and thinner areas. Some came with flaps of extra plastic attached to them, other had melted slightly while in the folded shape and thus got stuck and could not unfold without being ripped.

Bait and Switch: What was ordered was the 25” balls but what arrived was the cheaper 22” (21”-23” actual). When I questioned customer service if there was simply a mistake, the answer I got was NO, they insisted that what I received was the 25” ball while I was looking at it with a measuring tape that clearly said otherwise. When I complained they tried to blame it on me saying I did not know how to inflate a rubber ball…
I have purchased multiple such balls for several years now and was simply trying their company because they offered it for cheaper according to their website. The other companies I bought from did not have such a big discrepancy in size, the size was usually within half an inch of what was advertised and these being rubber balls are elastic and can usually be overinflated slightly to larger than recommended.

Their return policy is that they do not accept opened merchandise and there is a flat 30% restock fee. So even if they did authorize my return and ignored the opened plastic bag(their merchandise does not come in retail boxes like other companies instead it comes in an unmarked plastic bag) I would still have to eat a 30% restock fee.
