"Horrible customer service as the company does not stand behind products they ship out. Sent a bike with a defective fork that could not turn correctly. Did not assume responsibility gave two options either pay for repairs out of own pocket or pay to ship the product back (expensive to ship back and they will not reimburse even if they send a bad product).No apology or remorse for sending a broken product. I will never buy from this company again."
