"Great service everything came right on time "

"I have ordered maybe 5 times now and my family members have loved everything so far. Very happy with the products. The delivery guy was caught on camera carrying the cake on its side and left it on the porch on its side. Ugh. That was disappointing to see because all the other deliveries were absolutely great. I was going to give a 4 star rating but I couldn’t do it and instead gave it a 5 as I have always done. Can’t leave a bad review because of the delivery guy.

"The cake was packed with a lousy soft box and a bag of ice on the top, the weight of which completely destroyed the decoration of the cake toppings. This made the recipient who spent her birthday with this cake very embarrassed!"

I should just dispute the charge as below standard products!!!"
