"VERY positive experience. I needed a small, low output stereo audio amp for my upright videogame cabinet. Purchased the kit hassle-free from Bakatronics. It shipped promptly and arrived quickly and in great condition. When I had a technical question about the amp, I received a prompt e-mail response from a nice guy named Bob. He didn't know the answer off the top of his head, but promised to get one for me. I did receive the answer I needed and was quite pleased with the experience from start to finish. If I ever need anything carried by them again, I wouldn't hesitate to order it from Bakatronics.
