"Bagmadness did not honor their price 110% guarantee. They told me to buy the bag from the other site so I did. No integrity or honor. Plus they blocked my IP address so I can't go to their site anymore."

"I've bought a few bags from bagmadness.com. The times I've shopped online with them, I got GREAT deals on fantastic products. I purchase brand name bags at below brand name prices. I love it at bagmadness.com I have bought Some Nicole Lee bags there and Urban Expression. All of them being gorgeous bags. bagmadness.com is a terrific online fashion store. It's very trendy. I like to think it keeps you in style. From what I've experienced with this store - I have no complaints."

"Be very wary!!!! A reserve for the amount of the order was put on my bank account 8 times totalling more than $300. The order was never placed and I too was informed that my credit/debit card was declined. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that each time, the company was sent a confirmation number for approval. My money wasn't available until 5-6 days later. They were very rude and I also was blocked from their web site."

"Terrible!!BUYER Beware!!!! They have charged my bank account four times!!! The website states I have not ordered. I emailed and was very rudely told my credit card was declined and they have not withdrawn funds from my account!!! The site stated my card could not be processed. My purchase history is zero--I was also told to call my bank--Which I did to reverse the charges. I have also been blocked from the website!! Terrible business!!!"

"Horrible web site, horrible customer service and horrible company! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Credit card would not work on their web stie and their answer was for me to switch browsers. Shouldn't a site be cross-browser compliant? It is 2011. Their customer servide then blocked my IP from their site. Rude, unprofessional and discourteous."

"I'm having the same issues with this website bagmadness.com
My husband placed an order for a Nicole Lee handbag for my anniversary present (my name is also Nicole Lee and I think it's really cool to have a bag named after you). He placed the order on Sept. 23rd. We got a confirmation email the next day saying they received the order and that we would received a email as soon as the order shipped. Well today is The 30th and we still havent heard anything about our shipment. I went on to our credit card to see if something went wrong with the transaction and the money shows it's pending! So I went on to their website, got their number, and tried to call them. The number on the website is bogus and goes to some weird voice mail saying it's full. A red flag immediately went up! So I went to their website again and used the email service they have. I got a email back saying, very rudely might I add,

"Please read your order email regarding our processing time. This information was disclosed before you've submitted your order and it's listed on our F.A.Q page. Your credit card will be charged when your order is packed and ready to ship."

So I went on to the FAQ page and this is what I found for the information regarding processing time.

Processing Time:
"When your order is PAID and PROCESSED you'll get a confirmation email from us which includes your order number." But I already did get a confirmation email with my order number but my credit card was not charged and nothing has been processed!!

This is what is says also for processing time: Domestic shipping might be up to 10 business days*. HI - AK up to 12 business day. Canada shipping up to 15 business days.
During any major holidays (such as: Valentine's day, Easter, Mother's day, Sweetest day and Xmas)delivery process might take up to 14 business days.

But that still doesnt tell me how long it takes to get my order shipped! I don't care that it takes 10 to 15 days to receive the bag, I want to know how long it takes to just get the fricken thing ready to ship. Considering they said on the FAQS page as soon as you get your confirmation email with your order number, that's when you get your credit card charged and then it ships, but the email I got from the company said the card would be charged as soon as it's ready to ship!! So do they charge you when you get the email confirmation and order number like their website says uner FAQS or is it when it's getting ready to ship like they said, and why in heavens does it take so long to put a purse in a shipping bag and sent it to me!!

I'm just so confused about their policies and I know for damn sure on Monday I'm going on to the BBB site and filing a complaint! It should never take more then 3 days after you submit a order to get a item ready for shipment, let alone in my case, it's been 7 days and I still have no information on my order what so ever other then them saying, they will email me as soon as it's shipped and refer you to some bogus miscommunicated FAQS page that doesn't even make any sense!

Sorry for going on and on it's just frustrating when you spend alot of money on a item and you get no communication nor good service!!

"Don't be fooled by Bag Madness's professional looking website. It is a one man show run by a rude and threatening person. I placed an order for 3 designer bags hoping to use them for gifts to my bridesmaids. I saw the other 4 bags on another site and thought I could get 7 bags from 2 different sites. It turns out that this company has a site on-line that doesn't work and I tried to order from it. I did not save the address for this site, I regret. I wanted at this point to cancel my order for the 3 bags but they refused to allow me to cancel my order for them and came up with the other 4 bags.

Because of a confusing bunch of shipment emails, I had no idea when it would be at my cross-border post box. I kept checking and after a long time the bags showed up. I opened the box only to find that one was broken. I wrote right away and told them about the broken bag and also about the fact that the UPS label said that it cost them 28.11 to ship my package. They calculated the total on my two orders not by the UPS cost but by their computer calculation of the total of 2 orders which was a whopping $65.00 which I was forced to pay. They did not reconsider when I complained that this was an overstated shipping cost. My email customer service history clearly posted on the site should have proven to them that I needed the match set for a reason and if one was broken, they were all unsuitable.

Due to a so called variety of return policy violations, the email that I got said that I couldn't return anything. I missed the deadline by a couple of days for even returning the broken one. I tried to call but learned to not expect any customer service on the phone. They don't answer it if you have a problem.

After some pleading by email with the unreasonable, miserable person to exchange them for something else, I gave up even trying to get any satisfaction from him/her. I am stuck with 6 frilly evening bags and one broken evening bag which are all totally useless to me.

Update! Jan 4 2012.

I recently received some advertisment by email. I told them that their customer service needed much work and never to send me any more ads. He/She accused me of wanting to use the bags and then return them. How insulting!

Revisiting, I see many people are also having problems with this company. Please avoid buying here and save yourself some grief. They should be shut down!
