"I was looking in vain for a cross-chest sling bag that could be worn with the bag in front, not on the side, when I came upon the bagmeister.com website (it came up first on google). Because I am using an older computer, I was not able to access all functions on the site on my dated web browser, so I phoned their toll-free number for help and to ask about the bag I was interested in. I got GREAT personal service from the guy who answered the phone both times I called (Won or Juan) and he went out of his way to be helpful and friendly.
