What went wrong?

"First order was filled in three weeks. Second order was not filled. After 3 weeks started sending messages and even called them and left a message. No one ever responded. The $209 charge hit my credit card. Have spent the last three weeks disputing the charge and trying to get a credit. Nothing from BADw. Stay away from these folks."

Still waiting

"

Ordered a total of $1900 fluorescent units on 2/8/16. Received a partial order 2/16/16. The order is missing parts, not in the boxes, as of this date 3/3/16. Because of this I am unable to majority of the order he could not fill because he was out of stock, had to accept a substitute to keep the project going. That part of the order finally arrived 2/27/16. The problem is the partial hang one of the lights. Brandon's customer service is horrendous, he says he will call you back & never does, until it comes time to pay the bill. Because I filed a dispute with PayPal he was very anxious that I close the dispute before the end of the month. Reluctantly I did, but as you can see I'm still waiting for the parts. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately I placed another order with him during this mess. If I'm lucky I'll see it sometime next month. 3/5/16, still haven't received the rest of my initial order.
