I called them just to see if they are really legit. And yes, someone answered the phone and answered all my questions politely and very honest about where this particular racket I am interested in purchasing "made from". Satisfied with their awesome customer service, I placed my order online. Guess what? 2 days later, I got a shipping confirmation. 2 days after that I got my "Yonex Arcsaber" racket. Omg It's so beautiful. It is what I expected- the quality, color, weight, etc. it's perfect. And whatever the customer service told me the specifics of the racket was head on true because the specifics is printed on the racket (where is it made from and what is it made out of). I love my Arcsaber racket. I'm going to order another color for my son and order more birdies. The golden vulture shuttlecocks I got is of high quality as well. I'm so glad I found this website that not only sells a lot cheaper badminton products, but also provide excellent service, fast free shipping and good quality Arcsaber rackets. "
