"Don't believe what you see on this "create your own" page. This web site lets you configure badges to order and receive by post. If you use FireFox they will see a different badge than what you designed for yourself and you will receive it wrong. That is what happened to me. I sent them an e-mail to request a refund. They proposed to send me an other set corrected instead. I accepted on condition they would not reduce the font size. (The text was on 2 lines instead of one) They said it was not a problem so I accepted. But, they sent the badges with the font size reduced anyway."
