"I wanted to return a pair of shoes that I bought online from Backcountry.com--my first purchase from them. I went online and tried unsucessfully to create an account. Tried unsucessfully to use the online chat, and unsucessfully to talk to them over the phone. I finally sent an email which has not been acknowledged. I will not shop with Backcountry again and would recommend that you, too, shop eleswhere."
