"12/17 Purchased an item on their website. Besides charging my credit card, they have not responded to inquiries for a delivery date nor for a tracking number for the delivery.

Their 800 number seems like a dead end. There is a recorded message advising to use the website's live chat. So far, the live chat yields no response. Same goes for emailing them. No response.

Update - 12/21 someone responded to my email ticket and said they are refunding my money because my product is no longer available. Fishy. I would have expected them to inform me via a normal transaction, and not through my ticket complaint. Fishy. Use this website at your own risk."
