"I placed on order for a Britax Roundabout car seat and since then the order has been pending, I am unable to get on their website (can't find server) and their phone is constantly busy. I am extremely upset and will be contacting my bank to make sure I am not charged and will be purchasing the carseat somewhere else. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this company. "
"I bought a toddler booster seat from this company online. For a week the status of my was purchase was "pending". The last time I checked on my order I was unable to get onto their web site and when I tried to reach them by phone I would always get a busy signal. Needless to say I am very dissappointed with this seller. I have since reordered the product from another seller who promises to ship "next day". I will be contacting my bank for a refund."
