"I ordered a baby dress on the 7th May with a expected postage time of 7 days(I paid £5.99 for postage). I waited two weeks and contacted them as my package had not been delivered. I was given the excuse that a bank holiday had caused the delay. I waited another week and contacted them again where they told me to phone my local post office depot and ask if they had my package but had forgotten to post a card? My local post office had not received anything. I am still waiting and have now been told it might take 28 days to be delivered. I would avoid using this company. I think they are personally delivering my package by foot! "
