"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered some products that stated "Ships today." However, NO WHERE on their site states that if you order past a certain time that it would not ship out the same day AND does not tell you how long shipping will take. I emailed them the next day to inquire on how long it will take to receive my package since I did not see a Tracking number posted on my order. Instead it showed “Processing.” I received a reply from Isaac with: “You need to relax.” I couldn’t believe it! I was so upset and insulted! So I called them asking for a Manager. I spoke to George (who I really think was Isaac) asks me what this is regarding so I gave him my order number. Without even asking me, he goes off telling me that my order is being shipped out today, etc. Then he asks, what is your question. I said, I do not have a question, I have a complaint. So as I’m telling him that I was insulted by the email, he tells me that I am being impatient and I do need to relax. Ummm…excuse me? All I asked was when I should expect my order. Hello! I am entitled to know! I asked George (again, who I really think was Isaac) to cancel my order and his sarcastic reply was, “My pleasure!” I received an email that said, CANCELED. I received another email, “Wow so sensitive. Asking for a tracking # less than 24 hours from when you ordered is impatient. We have no problem cancelling this especially since we have limited quantity left at this price. We would rather ship it someone more grateful.” At that point I was so heated so I reported them to BBB. I hope they go out of business! They are RUDE and have no respect for their customers! They don’t deserve your business!"
