"I recently purchased the Labor Balm from this company since I had a firend recommend it. I borrwed the remainder of hers and I actually went into labor before my own balm had arrived. In the FAQ they state they will refund your money if you go into labor on your own before the product arrives. I marked REFUSED on the box ans shipped it back at their expense and was supposed to be reimbursed. That was on March 6th and I didn't get a refund until a few days ago. It is now April 11th. All in all the prduct came relatively quickly and I know that they work. However I had issues with them returning email messages and answering the phone. It took over a month to get my refund when they took my money so readily in the first place. "
