"Ordered an item that was defective out of the box. The company gives an RMA # in order to return things, and since it was defective I don't feel that I should pay for shipping twice, once to me and once back to them for a return. Originally said they would send a return label, but it never came. Don't shop here. If you have a problem they don't help you."
