"This was my first purchase from BYDUSA. I bought a charger+battery combo consisting of a V-868 charger with 8-AA and 8-AAA batteries. It arrived on Dec 23, which is fine with the holidays and all. The tracking number and confirmation arrived promptly in email.
I opened the box and looked inside. The charger is in a retail box. The batteries, 4-AA and 4-AAA, were in a sealed bag with a label reading:

4 PCs of AA 1800mAh, NiMH
4 Pcs of AAA 700mAh, NiMH

And there's where the problem comes in, there was only a single packet in the box. Only half the batteries arrived. I searched it by dumping the styrofoam peanuts in a bigger box and nothing heavy was left. No indication of a backorder or shortage. The box was well taped so I doubt they fell out in shipping.
In all fairness, I've just received it, just emailed them and they have not had a chance to respond. I will post the outcome upon further news or lack of.

Still no reply or contact from them. Looks like Customer Service is non-existant and I'm lowering my eval of this company to reflect that.

Finally reached someone and he knew of my concern and said that replacement batteries were already shipped. I received them today and my order is completed. I'm upping my eval to reflect that although the process could have been a bit smoother."

"Ordered 24 AA 1800mAh NiMH and a smart charger combo with 4 1800mAa NiMI AA and 4 650mAh AAA batteries (so a total of 32 batteries and the charger).
The price was excellent. The items shipped like this: 2x 12AA batteries in shrinkwrapped pack, 4AA in bag, 4AAA in bag, smart charger in retail package with manual, etc. Everything was well protected in the shipping box. I haven't charged up every battery yet, but so far the bagged batteries and one 12 pack are 100%.
According to an email, the order shipped within 4 hours. Since I got the cheapest shipping, I wasn't too concerned but this excellent order turn-around.
Received order confirmation and shipping notice promptly. No tracking as I got non-tracked shipping rate.
Overall a great order.

"I bought 24 AA 1800 mAh batteries and 120 AAA 650 mAh batteries from these guys. The delivery time and online order went well, but the packaging wasn't very great. It was 2 boxes of 50 AAA and the 2 bags. One bag supposedly contained the 24 AA while the other bag supposedly contained the other 20 AAA. Both the bags had holes in them so some fell and I had to dig through the foam to find them. Also, I only ended up having 23 AA while all the AAA were there. I contacted them about the missing AA battery and now that I've gone through the AA, one didn't want to hold a charge so I'm assuming it is defective. I contacted them and the replied on Oct. 24 saying "Thanks for your email. We will take care". I don't believe that is very clear on what they decide to do, and I have yet to recieve anything. Doesn't seem to have very good customer service to me."
"Great price. Got my order very quickly. Packing was more than adequate, tho not fancy. Model V-868 charger seems nice and solid, and is functional. Put some batteries in use and will order more from bydusa if experiance is good over next few weeks."
