The registered address for BRI Outlet is a random residential address in MA
After filing a claim with Paypal, the seller sent a decoy package to a non-existent address in my city so it looked like they shipped me something.

It was not just my seller that was a scam, BRI Outlet's entire site acts like a market for parties to scam buyers, there are dozens and dozens like it. Google phrases from their "About Us" and "Privacy Policy" page -- it's weird phrases that show up on tons of near-identical sites with weird names."
