"I Ordered 1 Kit Oil Pan from BMW Northwest Parts on Wed Date: 4/24/2024 7:29:15 PM. Per email confirmation: “We have the kit on order and should have it around this weekend Fri/Sat,” April 25-26. I received an e-mail from BMW Northwest on 26 Apr saying, “Your order has shipped! With the Tracking number Shipped by UPS”. Today, 27 Apr, I contacted BMW Norwest for a follow-up; per Donovan, the Part Customer Service is getting ready to be shipped out, but it is the weekend; it will be shipped next week. I asked if they had read the Special Note: “Please send express next day delivery.” he said it would cost more depending on where you live. I said, it is only 27 minutes 28 miles to drive, and I will be on my way to pick it up today. I requested to get a refund on shipping, and the customer service said we are only refunding you $7 because of a $15 local pick-up fee. Also, supposedly, this is a kit with a Gasket, Filter, and Bolts. I was disappointed that it was just a Transmission Pan and a Gasket. I opened the box before him and discovered the part was used, scratched, and soaked with transmission oil. And Donovan pretended he didn't hear anything—abysmal customer service support. "

"I ordered an engine air filter from BMW Northwest it took a week to get here and found the wrong part number was sent. When I called, they wanted me to pay return shipping!!! The guy on the other end of the line was belligerent and NOT customer focused, at all.
I don't recommend doing business with this org., period!"

"it was difficult originally to find the correct part but once you realize that bmw used up parts from 2000 and earlier on some 2001 vehicles it became easier. the only thing I could add is that you should include actual photos of the part for easier comparison."
