"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. A few months ago, I ordered a solar charger from this company. When I received it, the box was torn and taped together. One of the adapters was broken. The panel was scratched. Even the instruction manual was wrong -- it wasn't for the correct product. I chose not to return it at first because I was able to figure out how to charge my laptop with it. A month later, the solar charger wouldn't charge what-so-ever. I called the company, and they said they would send me a new one as soon as I return my item. Luckily, when I brought the solar charger to the post office to mail, I requested Delivery Confirmation. I tracked the package and knew that it had been signed for and delivered within 3 days. A week and a half later, when I still had no new solar charger, I called. The man I spoke to told me that he never received my solar charger. I politely told him I had proof that it was signed for, and I would like either a new solar charger or my money back. He told me if I wasn't calm, he wouldn't do business with me. I told him I am calm -- but here's my problem: you have my solar charger and my money. And I have proof. I tracked the package and have proof from USPS that it was delivered to you and signed for. He decided to "find" the solar charger after I explained several times that I know he has it. When he mailed me the new one, someone drove up to my house in a jeep and delivered a ripped, torn, and taped box to my front door. The USPS label was printed on the back of a Spanish worksheet. This company is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and not dependable. DO NOT TRUST. I will never order from BEDOX again."

"Don't trust this company....Bought two canmore gps tracking units. gps tracking didn't work. Sent them back for authorized refund with tracking #. They kept saying they issued a refund. I payed with pay-pal. Pay-pal said they had not, and couldn't do anything about it.
After posting this review one day ago, this company did issue me a refund through pay-pal. This probably was an isolated incident because I could not find any other poor reviews. I would buy from this company again."
