"I bought a Sure Flame Elite 4 burner grill here. The friendly staff explained a lot to me so that I could make an educated choice. Their grill fix it guy came out to my house and assembled it for me. It has been really great. The sear zone gets really hot really fast. Every time I have gone back in for supplies I have had a good experience. A couple of times they were testing some of their products and I was able to sample some food they cooked. The cod filets in particular were amazing!"
"I bought a Twin Eagles gas grill from these store and not only did I get the best price, I got free shipping to my house. I also ordered a built in pellet smoker/grill and JT hooked me up with 100 lbs of hardwood pellets for free. I tried some BBQ sauce there called Blues Hog, it was amazing! "I was very impressed with the large staff, very friendly and helpful. The store itself is huge with a large variety of grills. Charcoal, gas and even whole pig roasters. I have never seen so many different types of charcoal and the sales consultant spent the time explaining the benefits of each one. The same went for the BBQ sauces and rubs, rows of choices. Again they spent the time answering my questions and from that suggesting products to fit my needs. They seem to really have a passion for what they do. There is even an indoor working BBQ island in the store with a commercial exhaust fan and pizza oven! The sales consultant explained they do classes and even just cook free lunches for customer appreciation days.
I currently have a gas grill and a charcoal grill, I am interested in one of the new pellet smoker/grills, they must of had five or six different brands. The salesman suggested I come back to a "TurkeyFest" they were putting on and see them in action. Perfect the reason I was looking for a bigger grill is that we are having Thanksgiving at our house this year and I wanted a bigger setup and free our oven to do a turkey and ham on the grill.

"This store is one of a kind. They carry a huge selection of products. We have other BBQ stores around like BBQ Galore but they pale in comparison. I bought my WSM's from them and buy charcoal and smoke wood every month. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have even been to a few of their cooking classes which have been fantastic!"
