"I had terrible experience with BBQFans.com. I had ordered "Folding Leg and Wing Rack ". Despite my credit card charged right away, It took 3 weeks for them to ship the item. Every time I called, they told me "The item is out of stock, and they are waiting for shipment". In the mean time, the same item was advertized in their web site as "available, will be shipped in 1-2 days". I will never order anything from this company again. "
