"I am another victim of "B Tactil". I ordered a Flytouch 6 which I had to cancel because it was delait and I never got the money back. They do not answer the phone and hardly answer to e-mails; they promise to return the money in 30 days; after 3 month of waiting and new mails to which they do not answer anymore I did not received my money back. It is obviously a fraud. i have no experience with this situations; is there anybody who can advice where can I report this, eventually to get my money back?"

"I have passed a command, it was not delivered on time. I contact B-tactil to cancel the command , thay accept and tell me that they will return me what i paid.
until now i did not get the money , I contact them via mail or phone and they did not response.
It seems that it used to be a good website for tablette but now they did not even respond to phone call or mail...
I suggest to any one who want to buy from them to contact them before buying, and you will see that there stop support !!!!"

"I ordered the Flytouch4 tablet and besides that it works perfect, I just would like to comment on the transparancy of the customer service of B-Tactil.com.

There was a slight delay in the delivery, but I was very happy and surprised to see that I received a message to keep me informed. That is really something you don´t see in other online stores.

I definately will buy the B-Tactil P10 tablet for my daughter with Christmas... she desperately wants it now she has seen my Flytouch4!"

the product to be honest is incredibly handy and touchscreen is amazing. I wouldn't tell the difference from ipad that my brother has. i constantly mock him since i have bought p-10. the difference in price is huge and the convenience that you have buying it online is incredible.

its features are no way far from the most expensive and leading products in the market and taking into account services like delivery and customer support, we are talking about a breakthrough here.
