"I ordered an m0 stepping P4 2.4c processor from them and had some trouble with their cart and it didn't send my credit card data into them. After 3 days of no response, I went to their website and fired off a query on my order to them. Within 2 hours I had a nice reply from Larry with Azzo telling me that for some reason my cc info wasn't with the order and he would gladly take the info and process my order. I emailed back the info needed and he promptly shipped my processor out the same day. This is the third time I've dealt with Azzo and all 3 times have been a good experience. I was really impressed with the prompt response to my query on my order and Larry worked with me to expedite my order, since I was going to work for 2 weeks in a remote location the next day. Their prices aren't the lowest, but they are a good place to go if you are looking for a particular stepping for a cpu and they don't rip you off on shipping charges either.

"Ordered a Prescott 2.8 OEM from them. $199. And they shipped in less than 24 hours. They are the first place to actually have them and ship, Other sites are taking orders saying they are in stock just to get pre order money.

When i saw Azzo was advertising them. That's good as gold for me. They have always been a solid company.

"Bought some CCFL's. They processed the order and fedexed the order out theat same day. Received the order 3 days later. They were undamaged and worked great... until I came home a few weeks later and noticed the lights were off. Opened my case only to dicover that the inverter had blown a capacator. Called up Azzo support and they are now fedexing a replacement. I have ordered numerous times from them and was fearful for havng to call their support. Especially after having called support from other online vendors and getting the run-around. Azzo now has one more customer they can depend on for future business. "I ordered two cold cathodes on one inverter, one blue and one black (UV). However, AZZO sent me two blue lights. After I asked them about it, they quickly responded and sent me a black light tube. I offered to send back the extra blue tube but they let me keep it! So I ended up with a free blue cold cathode. Excellent service and highly recommended."

"I purchased the windows xp pro oem from their site for 162 dollars along with a pair of rounded IDE cables to qualify afor the oem purchase. I got the 2 day shipping and it only took a day to process and I got my shipment in 3 days. not bad considering usually when i choose that kind of shipping they take a week just to process the darn thing. Also I had n earlier experience where i tried to order xp where I ordered it got the email saying it was being processed, went out to lunch and realized the bank had screwed up my check. Needles to say I had to cancell the order, so sent a quick email to 'em and got a reply ni less than an hour (good time in my opinion for an email) from an actual person confirming they had cancelled it.
