"I could not be more disappointed in the complete lack of business ethics with Aztek Computers. I have been on and off the phone with the 1 customer service representative for weeks now. I foolishly ordered a product from Aztek 2 weeks ago, and I went to cancel the order due to the lack of communication of the processing of this order. After one phone call, they assured me that this order was canceled, and I would receive a email confirmation within 5-10 minutes; I did not receive this email. A full business day later, I called to get a status on my cancellation. I was told that this order cannot be canceled because the shipping department made a shipping label on Aug 28th. Now I am waiting just like the numerous reviewers here for my order to be canceled while my money is **** in this shady company."
"Did a Google search on some cell modems I needed. Their site was shown as having one of the lowest prices. Went on their site and put 10 in my shopping cart. Just to be sure of availability, I started a chat with them. They *double checked* the SKU and told me that the item I was buying was refurbished, not new, and they could offer me the new ones at TWICE the price. Yes, twice. I showed him exactly where the page on their site quoted the price and condition as "NEW". He said that must be a glitch in the system. I did not stick around long enough to see any more glitches. Seems they've earned the bad reviews (other than the Astroturf ones) they've gotten here and on other sites. Beware.
Update 2/6/2019. At least they fixed the "glitch" in their site and those items are now showing as "refurbished""

"The website showed an item as "in-stock" so I ordered it. I had read about questionable practices, but I took a chance as the item was a good price. After placing the order I called their sales number and an Indian guy took my order number then confirmed they did not have the product in stock and canceled the order on my behalf.
They saved my credit card info to their server despite not having any ability to follow through on the order. I'm waiting for the fraudulent charges to show up... buyers beware."

"Was looking for a refurbished motherboard. Their site listed this item and said to call. I called and the rep was able to find a vendor to give me this board for 100$ + shipping. This is as good as a deal as I could find. The reseller was in the US! I had it coming to me in two days. Got it, and it works great just like it's supposed to. Warning, these guys are Indian. You want to communicate with them on the phone at all times. Make sure you know what you are agreeing to and know what you are getting. Their site is kind of janky, and your password is sent back to you in an email message, make sure whatever password you use with their site isn't your main one. They were very respectful and courteous. Seems like most of their email correspondence is actually done manually, take this good or bad i guess. Check your spam folder when you order!"
"Ive been a powerseller for 15 years on Ebay and just had our first dealings w Aztec Computers. Their ebay user name is sanjay109 and they buy their refurb equip on ebay and have it dropped shipped to you/their unsuspecting consumer. Fine by me but if your going to pay $999.95 for a DMX-I 4208 printer likely hes just going to buy it from a seller like me for $300 or less and cross his fingers it works as it should.
His buyer had a problem with the unit they bought from us and he was the biggest brown star I've ever had to deal with. Problem was the lady that bought the big heavy printer dropped it & blamed it on the shipping/packaging, total bs since I shipped it so it was nearly bomb proof. One of dozens were shipped out.
Then it gets returned and its not even the printer that was shipped to them...wtf ...absolute worst & so was his customer.
Im going to report them to their state BBB, their State's Attorney General,
