"Ordered 500 dollars worth of blinds that warped within a year. They sent a second set of the exact blinds, for no charge, but unfortunately they had all warped again. I told them not to worry about any more free replacements because the same materials would just warp again. Not worth my time to keep replacing them. I’ll order from a previous company that I have blinds for over 10 years in my windows and not warped. Just dusty lol"
