"Lack of communication between staff members , my order was cancelled before it was shipped. They were sending the wrong parts so I thought i put a stop to it. But the order was shipped 2 days after it was cancelled, when i received it, I shipped it back right away with proper paper work and its been 15 days and I am still waiting for a reverse charge on my cc. It is going to cost me interest. I have communicated with them several times with no solution. I believe i will be ordering the proper parts from a company who cares about their customers if I ever get my refund"
