"I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral home. I received an email stating the flowers had been delivered. A friend at the funeral looked and said the flowers were not on display. I called the funeral the next day and was told they had not received my flowers. I could not reach anyone at Avas by telephone. I did chat on line and received a notice they would be delivered to the funeral home the next day, as they had a note stating the delivery was out of theirlocal florist's delivery area. They explained sometimes inexperienced drivers show flowers are delivered when they are not. This is very poor customer service. Communication only by chat and email for an 80.00 order which was not delivered, took two days. Eventually flowers were delivered to the family home, but I had to contact the family to get their address. If I had not had a friend look for the flowers I sent, the family would never have known I was sending my condolences. In the end, the flowers got delivered. "

"The WORST service and flower arrangement. I paid for a large order and received a small arrangement. The balloons arrived deflated and were latex not mylar like I ordered. Flowers were wilted and NOTHING like the picture. I understand that the type of flowers can change due to availability but these flowers were almost dead. I read the reviews and they all seemed great. I used this company to order flowers for my mother-in-law’s 65th birthday. I was so embarrassed to see what she received. Will never use again. "

2. Flowers were delivered the NEXT DAY and the continues emails with the customer service " confirmed order was delivered on time" till the next day they confirmed another delivery day.
3. I paid on the order for Balloons too, which WERE NEVERE DELIVERED !
4. Delivered Flowers weren't the same i choose from the website . DIFFERENT FLOWER WERE DELIVERED.
5. Customer service regarding all this concern is taking to much time ( hopping i'll not follow up anymore !)"
