"This company is a complete SCAM! I ordered a beautiful hat for my niece's daughter. She was diagnosed with Anencephaly. It is a genetic defect in which the baby is missing either a portion or all of the brain and/or top of the head. She will be induced on Sunday March 29th 2015. I ordered the hat for her to have pictures done in the hospital before she goes to be with God. I paid an extra 27.00 to receive my order in 1-2 days. The order was placed on Wednesday. It is now Saturday evening and no package. Rebecca Herrannen, the woman who actually send the packages, provided me with a tracking number which was not valid for two days. I finally was able to track my package today. It has bounced between 3 different post offices in California. Then when I asked for a full refund I was told to first refuse the package and when she receives it back THEN I will get my refund. This company is a complete SCAM. I would advise anyone who is considering ordering anything from this website.. DO NOT. I am contacting my local police to press charges and have this website taken down. I have already spoken to my local news station who has agreed to air my horrible experience. This is SHAMEFUL to say the least. Preying upon those who have or are facing potential loss of a child. May all who take part in this so called "business" burn in HELL!"

"Avababys.com is AWESOME and the one store you can COUNT on to find the best micro-preemie, preemie, and newborn clothes and accessories. A very close friend of mine, living in a different state went to the doctor for her 5th month check-up and ended up having an emergency C-Section. Little Baby Violet was not even 3 lbs when she greeted her mom and to make matters worse, not even one item of clothing would even fit her. SO, AVABABYS.COM to the rescue. I placed my order on line in the evening, by the next day it was packaged and shipped to the hosptial. Not only did they package it up,they also wrapped the presents AND put in a card to the mom from me!
