I still haven’t receive the item I bought

"I haven’t received the item I order over three weeks ago. If I would have read the reviews before I order it I wouldn’t have prefer I would have went some where else. It nice how they can make people that work for them to give them a good rating but the first fifteen reviews were horrible and now it will be ending week 4 and still haven’t even receive an email or nothing this company should be investigated."

Wrong color on seat covers that were over $200. No response from company

"Bought seat covers for our truck. Wrong color and we tried by email for several wks to correct order. Was ignored. Called a contact number and told they couldn’t help and given another number. Left messages. Got fed up waiting and tried several other numbers and they now are answered as non working numbers. Looks like the business has done us all a favor and closed or didn’t pay their bills.

Horrible service garbage products

"Bought hexamat floor mats. Box received with scrap pieces of fabric. No return information. Emails go unanswered and their customer service number connects but hangs up on you automatically after waiting for 1 hour exactly. Spend the money and shop elsewhere "

Aweful service

"Put an order in and was not comfortable with what I ordered so I called and place the order with an associate. Needless to say after explaining what type of truck and how it was inside and out they still sent me the wrong order. I work long hours and did not open the box since it was a Christmas gift. With the confidence that it was going to be the correct item. Well it was not and a call went out to them on the 26th - was told by the associate that there must be a mistake since there were in their system showing a bucket seat order for mats. Then someone from customer service calls and says that it was not their fault and that I still sounded confussed over the order and that I only had 14 dyas of the order to get money back. I was not looking for the money back but for rectification of their mistake. She refused to listen and just continue to say that I was confused and the 14 days return was over. So I called the person I had spoken to in tje morning and he changed his story to match the customer service story. All I wanted was some rectification for the wrong order they did. Since when placincing the order I knew I was not sure I called and spoke with their associate and they still put the wrong order even though he confirmed it with me before hanging up.
I admit I started the order confused but call them personally and went over every inch of the truck to get the correct order placed and yet they jave tje odasity to say they will not help me with what happened.
Beware this is exactly what they do to women who try to do good for their man and give a Christmas gift.

I would not even give a 1 star on their service and I stand by it 100%

Don't buy from thsi group same product at many other places

"This company is a middle man. They sell the same product as everyone else like AutoAnything or even the manufacturer, hower they are priced higher than everyone. I was looking for weathertech floor liners and they sent an email saying $15 off plus free shipping, however they jacked the price up $18 for shipping and another $15 for the discount so you save nothing. "

Autosport catalog BAD customer service

"I bought the pedal Jake anti theft device which says it will fit my 2013 Jeep. It does not fit. Autosport would not exchange or refund the device. "

Not all that "glitters" is Gold

"1- Website leads consumers to think they are the merchant/sellers of the merchandize advertised; in fact, they are not. They are a third party making a profit for advertising products.

2- The prices advertised are twice as much as those charged by the maker of the product (once one figures out who the maker is and compares prices at their website)

3- Because they do not make, stock, or warrant the product advertised, all the "legalese" or promises on the website are irrelevant and unenforceable

I placed an order with them. Came to find out they don't make the product. Found out the maker (Dash Designs) sells the item for half the price and ran into trouble once it was determined the product was defective. They make promises on the phone they do not keep, rarely answer or reply to email unless pushed into it, try to put the blame on the party making the product rather than themselves and will leave you hanging about solutions unless you constantly call or complain.

As of now, after several calls, several emails, several complaints I got the product to be "supposedly replaced", the only problem is I never heard another word from them again. It is now 6 days after they were supposed to send a replacement. Dash Designs is 14 Miles from my house but will not act because they did not sell me the product eventhough they are the makers of it.

Liar, liar...Not as advertised on website

"Be careful!! I ordered a steering wheel cover over a holiday weekend and discovered one hour later that I could not use the cover so I attempted to email customer service when I got a kickback that they had not received my cancellation of the order via my email. I called them right after the holiday and told them that I had sent an email 1 hr after I placed the order for cancellation of the order and I wanted to verify it had been cancelled!! Customer service said that it was already "in production" and could not be canceled but that she would check on it...she got back on the phone and said that it had already been shipped out. I stated that I had received no shipment notification and that she originally told me that it was in production then got back on the phone and said it was already shipped out. I stated again that I needed to make sure it was canceled and she said that I was going to be charged a 15% restocking fee for sending it back. She also said that she wondered if I could make it work and be happy with the product. I had to explain to her several times that it was nothing to do with happiness it had to do with the product was not going to work for us. Seems like they do not back their shipping of products and then charge you a restocking fee when it was only the day after I ordered the product seems very unprofessional. She also stated there would be no information in the package regarding where to ship it back to so she would have to send me the information via email. again very unprofessional!! so now I am going to wait for it to get here and my refund will only come after they get the product back even though she said it was in production and then said it was shipped out so I'm not sure which it is. Customer service also told me that there was a 15% restocking fee because it was a custom order...It was not a custom order it was simply a steering wheel cover that would come on any vehicle that you had. So buyer beware 1)restocking fee 2)everything online is considered a custom order according to customer service and 3)I would never order from them again for that simple reason!!! Seems like a desperate business. "

Caution - Avoid Seller

"I bought a set of Weathertech floor liners and received the wrong ones. So then I ordered the right ones and was going to return the wrong ones. I tried to communicate with customer service and they take no responsibility for the fact I was unable to purchase the correct mats the first time due to their website. To send the mats back is $48.00 for $71.00 mats. They refuse to pay for return shipping. I recommend you order directly from Weathertech. "

The Only Place I Upgrade My Vehicle At

"Every time someone in my family gets a new vehicle I come back to shop at AutoSport. They have the best products and often I can get a better price with them. The customer service is always top notch and very helpful. It is nice to speak with knowledgeable staff that hasn't been outsourced out of the country."

Worst customer service ever!

"I ordered cargo mats totaling over $300 on 5/6 only to find out the front liner didn't fit correctly and had to send in SEVERAL photographs to prove it! Now a week later I never received the cargo mat and I was told by LeeAnn that they didn't know where it was and had no shipping information for my mat! How do you not have shipping information for a mat I ordered and you clearly took the money out of my account! So I was promised by LeeAnn on 5/18 the mat would be at my home by that Friday 5/20. Monday 5/23 rolls around and still no mat. I called and once again I am told they have no shipping information and don't know where it is. I said someone has to know where it is and if you don't then I need another one shipped immediately!! Darryl calls back to tell me they have shipped it today but he doesn't have a tracking number. No apology, no let me ship it overnight. Nothing! Hmmmm. So let's see if I ever actually get my mat. "
