"Part came quickly and turned out to be the correct part even though the invoice confirmation showed it wrong, which caused me to try to cancel the order.
I should have called my local autoparts supply store first as it turns out they were slightly cheaper plus I wouldn't have had to pay the shipping cost and they had the part in stock. I am not sure why you charged so much for shipping as the part was much less than 1 lb and was only shipped from Vancouver. The Purolator driver told me it should have been less than $10.00 and I was charged over $18.00, which put your price completely out of line with my local dealer. Lesson learned, thanks.

"All parts were received on time. Great service and prices. My only issue is that I have had damaged parts sent out. Damage did NOT occur in shipping as the box was mint. Perhaps they could look at the parts before shipping. Cheers"

"This was my second purchase from AutoPartsway. The first experience was much better than the second. There was no problem finding the part, and proceeding to checkout. I tried to use my credit card to pay but the interface was changed from last time. This time the interface required the telephone number on the back of the credit card to be entered into the payment information block. I entered the full (toll free) number on the back of the card and on submission the system returned an error that the complete number was required. While the complete number had been provided I tried again, and then a third time with a second toll)number from the back of the credit card which also failed. I clicked to chat with the on-line agent. The experience with the agent was frustrating and useless. I waited for some time after the first information exchange with no further reply to the stated issue. I texted Hello?? and got back "Yes" Then told me to try another browser and last comment was for me to contact my bank and work out the issue with them. The agent was rude and does nothing to promote the business. I use my credit card for many on-line purchases and have never had an issue. For me to spend time calling the Bank, trying to get the right person, explain the issue, etc. etc. would be a waist of my time. The issue is with the back end system at AutoParts. I changed my payment selection to PayPal (Also based on same credit card) and order was placed no problem. Either train your agents or fire them if they are incompetent. I discovered the Paypal option myself. This should have been suggested by the agent. Additionally, the agent should have made a note of the fact that I ordered before, their was a system change requiring a phone number which caused the failure and reported to IT to determine if there was a programming or system fault on the AutoParts end. "
