Great Service! Great Prices!

"I needed a front CV joint boot for my Mercedes E350 4matic Wagon 09' that was going to be repaired at another dealership out of state. Unfortunately, it had developed a tear in the outer boot,found while doing unrelated preventative maintenence, but they reccommended changing out both as most cost effective in terms of labor. However, none was avail, in that state or from Mercedes in the U.S. or Germany. The only other optiion was to search every major, volume, wholesale OEM Parts Dealer in the lower 48. Even several aftermarket, and online OEM suppliers were tried; The non-OEMS were to be avoided because of possible poor fitment compatability problems with OEM CV Shafts. Other online places were found to be ordering from their local dealers,(whose parts were also backordered), then reselling at a markup.

After referrals from other MB Parts wholesale dealers,out of state, who did a parts search, for existing inventory, the search led to Peoria IL. They had the part. confirmed, I ordered online and then drove from Chicago to pick it up, (to make sure), then drove out of state to the dealership where my car was to have the parts installed. Great Service! Great Prices! I came back and made two more parts orders shortly afterwards, for my other cars and am looking forward to a long relationship with MB Peoria. I My name is Nat Ratanaproek and I am a volunteer photographer and member of the Mercedes Benz and several other car clubs in the U.S. Dan is a very knowledgeable and efficient parts specialist. This is my personal experience.

Good communication and easy to work with

"Bought a part and was told next day that it was out of stock. Was advised I could cancel or wait. When it arrived, I was informed it was shipping and the tracking number. I would buy from them again. "
