"First off, they were communicative and they were pleasant. They answered questions pre-purchase and post-sale. The manuals helped a lot but they bunted for a single when I was looking for an RBI double.
2010-2017 Toyota 4Runner manual...
At the time of my purchase, there were 11 years of this generation of 4Runner with minor changes every 3-4 years. It was already out of date (although I was dealing with a 2014 model) This was difficult when dealing with a radio that has gone through a new version and they didn't have all the specifications (like torque for the bolts on the latest version, etc.)
The in-manual links did not work. The links would be where a series of steps needed to be done prior to the repair covered on the page... The link would go to the step-by-step process of the removal of other parts in order to get to the item needing repair. Those links didn't work and, with over 4,000 pages in the main file alone, I'd have to do an in-document search which was time-taking and frustrating.
I think whoever copied the files to generate this burned CD just didn't check off the right options, like "keep links intact."
Overall the files were helpful, but someone dropped the ball to make this a kickass item. The profit to effort ratio makes this a two-star company. Now, I'm not saying don't buy it, I'm just criticizing that one guy stopped short of doing the best possible effort.
Shipping time was a day or two longer than preferred. Surely, they burned a CD and printed a label after I placed my order, so a built-in delay is on the sale."
