"I purchased a transmission for a 2012 ford focus. The transmission arrived in a timely matter. The transmission was put in by a garage and was determined to be no good. I was worried because I didn’t look at the reviews before I purchased it. My next dealings with the company were with Ivan. Ivan apologized and offered another transmission or a refund. I opted for another transmission. Ivan had it shipped in a timely matter. Ford motor company put the transmission in and it was good. Thank you Ivan for all of your help! The reason for 4 stars is that I had a labor bill for installation twice."
